LSP (Laura Schmidbauer Photography) MODEL PROGRAM
Why do you have a model program?
I just started college and will be getting my Associate’s Degree in Applied Science with a Portrait Photography focus. For the next 2 years I will have multiple photography classes and assignments I will need to complete in a timely manner with new work (I can’t use any of my professional work for the last 13 years) This requires me to have a lot of models on a standby notice.
What are the benefits of signing up for the modeling program?
Free digital images of any of the images I use for school assignments or my business, that I take of you.
A $125-$250 Studio Credit to spend with Laura Schmidbauer Photography in the studio. (Paid compensation and a thank you for your time modeling for me. It can be used for sessions you book with me and products but cannot be combined with discounts)
A 25% discount on any future session you book or products you would like to order.
How does the modeling program work?
You must fill out an application and, if selected, must sign a contract and portrait release form for each modeling session with me.
You must be willing to allow me to use and share the images I take of you for my school work, including the end of the year showcase the school has (if an image I photograph of you is chosen by one of my professors).
You must be willing to allow me to share your images anywhere I need to promote my business. You could be on my social media pages, website, business cards, artwork, brochures, etc. You could also wind up being on video as well.
You will be in a call as needed or standby basis. This means I may get an assignment today that I need to turn in next week but I only have tomorrow available to take the photographs I need for the assignment. I would go to my list of models and start contacting them to see who may be available. The first model to respond back that fits the criteria of the assignment and is available will be selected.
Once you fill out your application I will contact you to meet at the studio and answer any questions you may have before signing a contract and model release.
